A Creative Approach to Self Discovery
“Broken crayons still color.” -Unknown

Kintsugi is a one-day art-based workshop based on the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with precious metals (gold, silver, platinum.) Join us for a day of breaking plates, putting them back together, and uncovering the beauty in the cracks. You will explore themes of trust, shame, and vulnerability. This workshop is chalk full of hands-on activities and insightful conversation. Where do you have cracks? How do you view your own cracks? What story to they tell? Space is limited to ensure the optimal experience.

“To be nobody but myself
in a world which is doing its best,
night and day, to make me somebody else
means to fight the hardest battle any
human can fight, and never stop fighting.”
– e.e. cummings
